The purpose of our Children's Ministry is to reach children with the hope and love of Jesus Christ through a creative, interactive, and fun environment! Our desire is to connect them to their peers through meaningful relationships, and to teach children how to honor God with their lives.
Safety and Security
Your child's safety is very important to us. We have taken great care to develop guidelines and policies that increase security while your child is involved in services here at Cathedral of Praise. Our check-in and pick-up procedures utilize a special, secure identification system for children from infants through fifth grade. This system enables us to keep up-to-date information regarding your child, including class location, health issues, and persons authorized to pick up your child from Children's Ministry events. Our Staff
The Children’s Ministry is fully aware of the responsibility placed on them in caring for the needs of your children. Adults who apply to work with and teach your children must complete a detailed worker application, go through a background investigation, and meet with the Children’s Pastor for a personal interview. We want to insure that only those with the strongest spiritual foundation and high moral ethics are working with your child.
