Do you have a place where you can go to experience both whimsical fun and significance with some girlfriends? Where you can get goofy, giggle out loud, and meet a generous and gracious God? We live in unstable and unpredictable times. Every one of us has experienced pain in our lives, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, the loss of a friendship or simply unfulfilled expectations. As women, we’re looking for security, acceptance, and a place to belong and have some fun. Is there any place in our culture where we as women can find these?

YES! Welcome to Girlfriends Unlimited at Cathedral!

Our goal is to sprinkle Jesus in all dimensions of ministry through grace, unconditional love, prayer, purpose, and laughter.

We are about having fun and giggling (the secret to our success). We are about giving women permission to relax, unwind, gab, and find a place where they can belong and form friendships with other women and with Jesus.

We identified four critical issues relating to women:

 Many women struggle with feelings of isolation. They long to belong.

 Many women don't take care of themselves and their needs.

 Many women don't take time to develop healthy friendships.

 Many women don’t laugh or give themselves permission to have fun.

Girlfriends Unlimited at Cathedral wants to stop those trends!

We want to cast a new vision for reaching and connecting women in the church. We are all little girls inside with different faces and in different seasons in life. We want to give women permission to once again (or perhaps for the first time) enjoy whimsical fun with each other and appreciate their unique God-given gifts. We want to come along side you and address your needs. You are not alone. You belong here. And we at Cathedral want to be your friend. And we want to attract and reach other women who perhaps would not normally attend a church function.

Girlfriends Unlimited offers quarterly large-event gatherings. At these events, women can play games, experience pampering, and connect more with God and other girls. Girlfriends Unlimited also offers smaller groups called Girls Just Wanna Have Fun groups. These groups allow women to develop friendships in a smaller setting.

We are passionate about women! We want women to giggle again – and again! We want women to have a place to unwind and have fun. (Did we mention giggle?) We want women to grow spiritually and emotionally and live with purpose and significance. Girlfriends Unlimited at Cathedral is for all women. We are about sharing the love of Christ with every woman we come in contact with.

Girlfriends Unlimited at Cathedral provides an inviting, non-threatening way for women to step inside the church and begin to build a relationship with other Christian women, and eventually a stronger relationship with Jesus.
